Hi this is Mark Peek with Keller Williams Real Estate in Roseville and Sacramento and I’m your short sale specialist for the surrounding area. I wanted to talk today about short sales that get declined. The interesting thing is that I’m closing yet another short sale that had been declined in the past with another agent. The agent gave up and the seller didn’t think there was any way to get their short sale approved until I got in touch with them. Now they have a short sale approval, will be closing very soon and are avoiding foreclosure.

I wanted to reach to those out there that are in this situation; if you feel you can’t get a short sale approval, please give me a call. On the short sales that I am getting approved, there’s always been at least one or more things that were done incorrectly in the past that made the short sale get declined. If you have one of these situations either send me an email or give me call so we can talk about it. There’s a pretty good chance that I can figure out why your short sale was declined in the past and we’ll give you the opportunity again to avoid foreclosure and get an approval on your short sale.

If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to explore my short sale website further. It’s a good resource to utilize because there are numerous videos archived on there relating to every subject surrounding short sales. Also on my website you can find the short sale calculator which can help you determine just how underwater you are on your home and if a short sale is the right answer for you. Again, this is Mark Peek, your Roseville and Sacramento short sale specialist, and I’d like to encourage you to browse my website or simply give me a call if you have any questions regarding short sales.
